Summary: Toilet wouldn’t flush properly from the jump. Called the front desk and they asked if I wanted to go down and pick up a plunger or they could bring me one. They brought up a plunger but it didn’t fix the problem. Just had to deal with it. Didn’t offer another room.

Summary: Found a weird bug in the bed of our first room, got a new one and a similar bug was in the bathroom. It wasnt a bed bug, but it was larvae of some type. The elevators were downright terrifying with the noises, felt certain the left one would fail and kill us 😬. The breakfast was the worst ive ever had in any hotel, very few options and not tasty at all. All the rooms with 2 beds were only "double" beds, no queen's and they were very short. Our feet hung off the ends at nights Overall it felt like they slapped some paint on a very old and dilapidated building to try to make it nice
